Goodbye Tanzania

Well, there isn’t much to say about the second week of class.  I passed so that was good.  I watched a lot of soccer that week, often when out to dinner with my colleagues.  And I still had an ocean view room.

You’d think that your subject matter from a single vantage point would be limited, but given the extreme tidal change that Oyster Bay sees, it wasn’t.  Compare this image with one of the first ones I showed from Tanzania.

But what really got me the most were the views at sunset.

Now not every sunset was even worth watching, but it was always worth watching to see if there was going to be a sunset.  Because you never knew what you were going to get!
