We took the long way from Lone Pine to Joshua Tree National Park - via Death Valley. It added a few hours of driving time, and we only made two short stops to photograph, but I think it was worth it. At least one of the stops was!

As you know, I did some color printing before we took off to the US. I also did some black and white printing, namely a couple of monographs that had been on the back burner for awhile. Come check out the first of them.
