Fujifilm X-T1

Our photography started getting serious with the X-T1. Not only did we buy our RRS tripods around the same time as getting the cameras, we got L-brackets and filters to help us with image making, not to mention starting to build out our line of Fujifilm XF lenses.

The X-T1 had even more controls on the top of the camera than the X-E1, and that was all for the good. It had a better EVF as well as a rear LCD screen that would fold out.

It was with our X-T1s (Dan’s first interchangeable lens Fuji) where we started our extended photography trips with the first trip to Yellowstone. It was that sense of exploration, photographically and location-wise, that really encouraged us to push our photography as much as we could to make the best images possible.

And we’ve been at it ever since.
