Santa Arrived Early This Year!

It started for me in late July with a driver’s physical.  A couple weeks later, I submitted the application to switch over my drivers license and . . . I finally got it last Friday.  It only took going back and forth 6 times after submitting the original application (with a bureaucratic 10 working days between my response submissions and a response/request for additional information from RDW), but it finally arrived!

And, in case you didn’t notice, it does include my C1 classification (which was the reason for the physical and the back-and-forth), which authorizes me to drive the Bimobil.  See below:

And, if I want to, I can also drive a tractor.  Maybe I’ll start helping out some of the farmers that live around us.

All I can say is, while it may have been overly bureaucratic, at least it was a process one could reasonably work through, unlike . . . the last place we lived.

Best of all, we can now start planning our trips.  Now that’s a Christmas present!
