Residents!

It’s official - Ann and I are now residents of Portugal!

This might be the shortest blog post yet, but yesterday we received our temporary residency papers.  We are now entitled to all of the benefits (and obligations) due a resident of Portugal.

In a few weeks we should have our official residency cards and we’ll even be able to travel outside of the country.  Unlikely to happen given the present context, but it shouldn’t be too long until we do!
