Houston, we have a liftoff!

I know it’s been a bit of time since I first hinted about our new photo website, but you wouldn’t believe how much detailed work it takes to get everything ready to launch a website that has multiple levels of functionality.  But tonight is launch night and Ann and I hope you like it.

The website address is:  http://photos.cor-techs.net (no longer in use)

For this site there is no username or password!

The website is showing both Ann’s and my photographs (distinguished by * at and *dt in the image titles).  There’s a lot of ways to approach looking at the images, so I suggest you read the “Welcome to Ann and Dan’s Photographic Adventures!” introduction linked from the homepage.

We’re starting out with just a couple of sets of images to just get the website up and running.  We will add new photo trips as posts under the “Trips” link as well as trip postings for our backlog of images from past trips.

The best way to know when something is added is to sign up for e-mail notifications when we post a new trip.  You can find the “Sign up!” form on the right hand side of most of the interior web pages (anything but the homepage).  Sign up and you’ll be notified whenever we load up new images.

There is a lot of resources that have already been added throughout the website (with more to come as we have time), so explore.  It’s the holiday season so you’ll have plenty of time to do that.  Hopefully, we’ll be good about working on images and getting them up sooner rather than later (I’m dreading opening up my Yellowstone folder . . . talk about a lot of images).  The photo website should motivate us to develop our best images and, if necessary, give us a good New Year’s resolution (work on photo images for the website!).

Thank you for your patience!  We hope you enjoy the photographs!
