I guess it is the dry season.

The other day when we had the rain shower (if you haven’t watched the video, you really should - go back a few postings and watch it), it was hard for me to believe it was the dry season.  Then an hour later came this, and I was told, “This doesn’t happen in the rainy season . . .”
