Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July everyone!  I hope you have good weather and lots of BBQ fun.  I spent the early part of the day chatting with Ann and then helped my friend David raise and lower a bunch of flags for him to give away as presents.  After more relaxing, I went to the gym and then had my favorite meal at the DFAC - an Embassy Burger.  I even had American cheese on it in honor of the holiday.  Another chat with Ann, post this blog, then call it a day!I know I've been scarce since I got back, but I've got reasons for that.  I apparently got an ear infection on my flight back from the US, which had me weaker than usual for nearly two weeks.  Today was only my third trip to the gym since I've been back!  I've been waking up during the middle of the night with a nasty cough (yeah, I get an ear infection and the result is a cough - blame it on the decongestant used to clear my ear) and feeling exhausted the entire day.  I'm feeling quite a bit better now, but I feel like I've lost a few weeks with not too many weeks left to go.  Rest assured, I'll be doing some posting as we close things out.
